(“Coriolan”) is a company registered in Romania at the Registry of Commerce under the number J22/2132/1993, and at the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data under the number 16133. The registered office is situated Nicolae Iorga Boulevard, 59, Iași, 700214, Romania, and the VAT number is RO4488347.

The terms “we”, “us”, “our” in this document refer to Coriolan.

The Consumer’s right to privacy is important to us and that is why we recommend you read this Privacy Policy before using the Coriolan website http://www.coriolan.ro/. This document, the Terms and Conditions of Use for the website and the Terms and Conditions of Sale establish the relation between you and Coriolan.

This document is valid for personal information that we obtain via the following “Sources”:

  • Your interactions with the Coriolan website, mobile applications, social media pages, and other platforms that refer to this Privacy Policy („Online Sources”);

      It is possible to navigate the Coriolan website anonymously, and the personal data is collected when the users voluntarily register, contact us via the website, provide us with information in order to make an acquisition from the website or to have a better experience, or if they would like to become Coriolan employees.       11. Information you provide us when you comment on the Coriolan website or Coriolan pages from social media or that you provide us with through other interactions with Coriolan.

      Information mentioned above is stored in Romania and on a server in Germany. These will be kept only as long as it is necessary for us to reach our purpose and it depends in each case. When you create an account or if you offered your consent for direct marketing, we keep your personal data until you close your account, unsubscribe, request us to delete your information, or after a longer period of inactivity defined according to the EU regulations and guidelines. We may retain some of this data to comply with legal obligations.

We use encryption techniques to ensure the confidentiality of data and we ensure that only authorised personnel have access to this information. However, we cannot guarantee:

We do not have the obligation to separately explain our Privacy Policy except in case you contact us with questions regarding it.       Our website is mainly for adults, and children under the age of 13 (or the age according to the applicable law) may not create their own user accounts without the agreement of their parents or their legal guardians.
